Well ,what is stress?It is state of mental tension and worry .
Stress is considered to be more dangerous for tennnagers than it is for adults ,this is mainly because a the tennnagers state is a stage where there is little to no understanding of how to manage stress.
Most teenagers go through many situations that cause them tension and stress.When overloaded stress occurs to teens ,inadequately managed stress can lead to anxiety,withdrawal,aggression ,illness,nightmare,fatigue or even drug abuse.
Stress can be good or bad .Some amount of stres and tension can bring out the best in a teenager.Bad stress can cause many problems as mentioned above.It is very important for parents to teach teens the art of handling stress and tension.
